Pan roasted loin of pork steak set on puy lentils and pancetta sautéed cabbage with a grain mustard cream.

Pot roasted fillet of cod with a lemongrass and coriander crust set in a Thai vegetable broth.

Winter roast vegetable hotpot in a tomato and herb sauce with parsnip crisps.
