Newbrough Town Hall
Newbrough Town Hall, thought to be one of the finest in Tynedale, was built in 1876 and extensively modernised in 2000. The size and layout of the picturesque hall makes it an ideal choice for a wide range of private functions from meetings and seminars, stage productions, fairs, parties and social events. There are substantial catering facilities and the hall is licensed for entertainment and the sale of alcohol.
Facilities include:
· main hall – capacity 110
· lounge – capacity 60
· conference room – seats 15 around board room table
· also available is an exhibition gallery, courtyard, youth and educational facilities, kitchen and toilets
· good access for disabled users
Regular activities include the WI, badminton, sewing group, whist drive, tiny tots toddler group, village society, highland dancing and gentle exercise classes.
